Premier Ship Models did a great job of finding the kit I was after, an Aeronaut Pilot boat. Once found, it shipped quickly, but was held up in customs. Whenever I needed an answer or had a question the people at Premier responded usually within 24 hrs. They never left me waiting for an answer.
