The Cux 87 is a typical German trawler from the Deutsche Krabbenkutter Werft. Boats such as these are usually seen in the small harbours along the North German coast. She was built in 1952, in Cuxhafen, Germany.

  Premier Ship Models did a great job of finding the kit I was after, an Aeronaut Pilot boat. Once found, it shipped quickly, but was held up in customs.
